    Furbay brings a strong track record in lodging and real estate investment to Crescent. Most recently, he was Chief Investment Officer at DiamondRock Hospitality, where he led the company's shift towards resort and lifestyle hotels, achieving performance that exceeded industry benchmarks. His experience also includes senior leadership roles at Loews Hotels, Kimpton Hotels, and MeriStar Hospitality.
