ushman & Wakefield has strengthened its industrial brokerage team in Northern Nevada with the addition of top talent Mike Nevis and Shawn Jaenson. Nevis joins as a Vice Chair, while Jaenson becomes an Executive Managing Director at the Reno office.
Nevis and Jaenson specialize in landlord and tenant representation, development advisory, and the sale of industrial product in the region. With combined transactions exceeding 40 million square feet, they have worked with prominent institutional real estate owners and developers in Nevada.

Nevis brings over two decades of experience working with developers and institutional owners throughout the Reno/Sparks MSA. He has leased over 22 million square feet of industrial projects and holds elite certifications as a SIOR and CCIM.
Jaenson, a former U.S. Navy SEAL, has been involved in over 270 transactions, totaling more than 13.6 million square feet of leased space with a transaction value of over $450 million. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP).
The duo joins Cushman & Wakefield from Kidder Matthews, where they were a top-performing industrial brokerage team. They are excited to leverage the firm's world-class platform and resources to continue growing their business in Northern Nevada.
