an Harris made headlines in 2019 when he left Cushman & Wakefield to launch an office tenant representation platform for Stream Realty Partners, a Dallas-based firm with a strong industrial division and data center group. Six months later, industry leaders Randy Cooper and Craig Wilson joined Harris at Stream.

    The powerhouse group is now getting even stronger with the addition of CBRE's Jeff Ellerman and his son John. With 40 years of experience, Jeff has been a dominant player in Dallas, negotiating over $30 billion worth of office deals totaling more than 50 million square feet. He's represented over 100 tenants in deals exceeding 100,000 square feet, including notable clients like Goldman Sachs, JCPenney, and AT&T.

    Jeff will serve as executive vice chairman at Stream, while John takes on the role of executive vice president. The duo will work alongside Harris, Cooper, and Wilson to expand the firm's services in North Texas and beyond.
