eer District in downtown Milwaukee is rapidly taking shape as multiple projects advance through the development pipeline. The Milwaukee Bucks, lead developer for the district, are working to fill out the area.

    A decade ago, the site was marked by vacant lots and an outdated Bradley Center arena. Since then, significant progress has been made on various developments, including a new entertainment complex. FPC Live's music venue is currently under construction on the former Bradley Center site.

    The Bucks' efforts aim to transform Deer District into a vibrant destination that complements the nearby American Family Field stadium. With several projects underway, the district is expected to become a hub for entertainment and community activity in downtown Milwaukee.
