RS Real Estate Partners has finalized the $9.35 million sale of a KinderCare property in Broomfield, CO. The 11,900-square-foot facility on 1.42 acres features a 15-year corporate-guaranteed lease with KinderCare, a national child care provider.

    Ryan Tomkins, SRS Capital Markets Vice President, represented the seller, a Denver-based developer. The buyer, a Kansas City-based investor, was in a 1031 exchange. "This property offers a unique combination of limited management responsibilities and a secure long-term lease," said Tomkins. "Its location within the Baseline community, near the new Center St development, positions it for strong long-term growth."

    KinderCare operates over 2,400 locations across 40 states and is the nation's largest private child care provider. Broomfield, located about 18 miles north of Denver, is one of Colorado's fastest-growing cities.

    SRS Capital Markets has completed over $1.2 billion in deal volume this year, with more than 350 transactions nationwide. The company currently lists over 845 properties for sale, valued at over $3.7 billion.
