hrive Development plans to transform two warehouses in Denver's Lincoln Park neighborhood into a vibrant food hall, beer garden, and coworking space. The developer has filed plans to renovate the 21,500-square-foot warehouses at 1350 Shoshone Street and 1701 West 13th Avenue, which were purchased for $4.65 million in 2022.
The smaller warehouse will feature coworking offices with conference rooms, a kitchen, and office suites, as well as an outdoor patio and bike racks. The larger building will house a food court with four indoor vendors, a self-serve beer hall, and cocktail bar, along with a BBQ vendor outside. A beer garden and entertainment area will connect the two buildings.
Designed by Meridian 105 and Heltshe Design, the project aims to preserve the warehouses' character while creating a "green oasis" in an otherwise under-served neighborhood. Thrive Development notes that the area lacks dining options despite new residential developments nearby, making this food hall a vital addition to the community.
Pending approvals, construction is expected to begin in mid-2026, with completion slated for 2027. The project's cost remains undisclosed. This development aligns with Thrive's broader plans for multifamily and mixed-use projects, including a brownstone-inspired complex in Sloan's Lake.
