The move aims to leverage the abundant resources and opportunities in North Texas, allowing the firm to tap into a diverse talent pool and better empower professionals with digital skills.
CEO Krishna Kumar stated that the relocation marks a pivotal moment for the company, driven by its commitment to being at the forefront of a thriving tech ecosystem. Simplilearn's new US headquarters is located on the sixth floor of the Legacy Town Center at 5851 Legacy Circle in Plano, replacing its previous office with views of the San Francisco Bay.
The company maintains a global headquarters in Bangalore, India, and has received significant investment from Blackstone since 2021, including $250 million. This year, several companies have relocated their headquarters to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, following similar moves by firms such as Tesla and SpaceX.
