As one of the top-selling agents in the country, Koleno boasts over 9,000 closed transactions and nearly $3 billion in sales over the past five years. His real estate expertise spans multiple states, including Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina.

    Koleno sought a new partnership to expand his presence in Illinois' luxury market. He was drawn to Dream Town's cutting-edge technology and resources, particularly their proprietary tools.
