wyane Wade and wife Gabrielle Union have made a splash on Long Island's North Fork, purchasing a stunning East End beach house in Jamesport for $2.6 million. The former NBA star and actress snapped up the 3,500-square-foot property from Stuart Elliott, CEO of The Real Deal, and his wife Julie Satow, a bestselling author.
The sellers had built the custom-designed home eight years ago on a half-acre plot with a private beach on the Long Island Sound. Features include high ceilings, an open floor plan, glass windows, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a guest room. The primary bedroom suite boasts a private balcony and office nook, while the expansive basement, screened porch, waterfront deck, outdoor shower, and hot tub add to the property's luxury appeal.
Corcoran agent Sheri Winter Parker had the listing, which broke down to $743 per square foot. Wade and Union have been expanding their real estate portfolio in recent years, selling their Miami Beach mansion for $22 million in 2021 and becoming minority owners of the Utah Jazz. Their new North Fork home is a significant investment, but not the priciest on the market – that distinction belongs to a Peconic estate listed at $35.5 million.
