The hotel boasts 82 rooms with king or double queen beds, as well as amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, meeting space, business center, guest laundry, and complimentary breakfast bar. Located at 736 Southbridge Street (Route 12), the Hampton Inn is near major highways and within 7 miles of downtown Worcester.
Sidel noted that the lender was impressed with the hotel's high quality and management team, which prioritizes attention to detail for a pleasant guest experience. EagleBridge Capital specializes in arranging financing for various property types, including hotels, apartment buildings, office spaces, and mixed-use developments.
