eter Grosso, owner-broker of Re/Max Integrity Leaders in Centereach, is hosting a seminar to educate W-2 earners on building wealth. The event, "The Working Class Guide to Getting Rich," targets middle-class workers such as firefighters, nurses, police officers, and construction workers who live paycheck-to-paycheck.
Grosso's Blue Collar Empire will cover topics like real estate investing, creative financing, and tax strategies at the seminar on July 20 at Mulcahy's in Wantagh. Speakers include self-made investors with blue-collar backgrounds, including Matt Viccaro, Sal Rizzolo, and Vanessa Johnson.
The event aims to empower attendees financially by teaching them how to find and finance rental properties, leverage loans for rent-free living, and protect profits through tax strategies. Grosso's own story is a testament to resilience and reinvention after a career-ending injury led him to become a successful real estate broker.
"This isn't just another wealth seminar," Grosso said. "It's about changing the way people think about money, ownership, and legacy." Tickets for the event are $50 and include lunch with an open bar. More information can be found at thebluecollarempire.com.
