AI works quietly in the background, crunching numbers, highlighting insights, and supplying the logic that backs every recommendation.

    The tool, still in beta and free for NAR members, delivers:

    * Seller and buyer CMAs for single‑family homes, condos, and townhouses

    * AI‑based comp scoring, side‑by‑side comparisons, and pricing strategy options (below‑market, market‑aligned, above‑market) with plain‑language explanations

    * Seamless handoff to Next‑Gen Reporting for a ready‑to‑share CMA report

    **How to use it**

    1. Update RPR Mobile to the latest version.

    2. Open the subject property record and tap the AI button.

    3. Choose “Seller CMA” or “Buyer CMA.”

    4. Review the AI‑scored comps (0–100). Scores flag similarities, differences, and add helpful notes.

    5. Select the comps that best fit your local knowledge; tap each to view details, proximity, and more.

    6. Pick a pricing strategy; the app explains each option with supporting comps.

    7. Adjust as needed—remove a comp, add a custom price, or change filters. AI instantly recalculates and explains the impact.

    8. Generate the Next‑Gen CMA report and share it immediately.

    **Why agents love it**
