Real Estate Industry Updates: Leadership Changes and New Market Entries

he brokerage industry is constantly evolving, with frequent mergers, acquisitions, and new partnerships. Here are some of the latest developments across the US:

    Tammy Register's 15-agent team in North Carolina has joined eXp Realty, bringing over $88 million in sales volume from last year. Register cited eXp's collaborative culture and scalable model as key factors behind her decision to leave Keller Williams.

    In Atlanta, ERA Foster & Bond and ERA Sunrise Realty have merged, creating a unified brokerage with six offices and 175 agents. The combined team aims to expand its presence in the region through future mergers and acquisitions.

    The Parlay Group, a 12-agent firm in New Jersey, has joined Keller Williams Village Square Realty. The team closed $90.6 million in sales last year and believes KW's company structure will add value for its agents and clients.

    Lifestyle International Realty has appointed Irving D. Cham as chief operations officer, bringing over two decades of leadership experience from Coldwell Banker Realty and Bank of America.
