ertical Developments is launching a luxury waterfront condo project in Aventura, marking the firm's third branded condo launch in recent months. The 16-story, 22-unit Avenia Interiors by Fendi Casa project will be located at 20605 Northeast 34th Avenue and features units spanning 3,500 square feet with three or four bedrooms.

    Prices for the condos start at $5 million, and amenities will include a library, fitness center, spa facilities, game room, bar, pool, and private event space. The design team includes architect Kobi Karp and landscaping firm L&ND Design. Construction is expected to be completed in 2027.

    Vertical Developments bought the half-acre site for $7.5 million in 2023 and has tapped Douglas Elliman to lead sales and marketing. This move follows a yearslong condo development drought, with Aventura gaining attention from developers. Related Group and BH Group recently launched sales for their planned Viceroy Residences Aventura, a 28-story, 274-unit condo project.

    The partnership between Vertical Developments and Fendi Casa is part of the emerging branded residence trend in South Florida. Developers believe that partnering with luxury brands helps with marketing and sales by providing buyers with an "instant recognition of quality."
