**FirstTeam enters Washington**
Independent firm FirstTeam Real Estate has opened a Seattle office, led by former Compass sales manager Dori Glass. The new branch, branded Six Degrees Team | FirstTeam, will serve the Greater Seattle area. FirstTeam, which now operates over 52 offices and 2,300 agents, had announced a national growth plan earlier this year that includes Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. Glass, a seasoned Pacific Northwest professional, cited FirstTeam’s agent‑first culture and personalized success paths as key reasons for joining. RE/MAX Advantage announced the addition of Team Zimmerman, a 25‑agent group based in Daytona Beach and led by husband‑wife duo Rebecca and Eric Zimmerman. Coldwell Banker Realty welcomed Oscar Arellano and his team to its Coral Gables office. The group, formerly with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, brings over two decades of experience and nearly $1 billion in career sales. Arellano is known for his client‑first approach and deep knowledge of luxury, waterfront and high‑demand properties across Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Palmetto Bay. In 2024, his team closed $100 million, ranking No. 2 among Berkshire Hathaway’s medium‑sized teams.
