The average sale price rose to $1 million, up from $846,364 in the prior week.
The average price per square foot dipped to $564 from $587, according to Redfin data. Top-tier sales ranged from $1.8 million to $14.5 million, with Unit 7034 at Palazzo Del Sol taking the top spot at $14.5 million. This sale closed at $2,926 per square foot after 114 days on market.
The second-highest sale was Unit 7944 at Oceanside at Fisher Island, which sold for $9.5 million or $2,870 per square foot after 325 days on market. The top 10 sales included a range of properties, from the most expensive Palazzo Del Sol to the least expensive One Paraiso unit.
