errimac Ventures is launching sales of Bungalow East, a 14-story condo project in Fort Lauderdale, with prices starting at $2 million. The development team, led by brothers Dev and Nitin Motwani, has partnered with OneWorld Properties to lead sales for the project at 350 North Birch Road. The site, owned by the Motwani family for decades, is a block from the ocean and features stunning views.

    The planned Bungalow East will offer 34 condos, including three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 2,100 to 2,800 square feet, as well as two penthouses spanning 4,000 square feet with up to five bedrooms. Prices range from $2 million to $4 million. Miami-based Swedroe Architecture is designing the project, while Adriana Hoyos Design Studio will handle interior design.

    Amenities in Bungalow East include a pool, fitness center, spa facilities, beauty salon, pet spa, dog run, library, gaming lounge, and rooftop lounge. Buyers will also receive exclusive memberships to a yacht club, private dining, and the Conrad Hotel Fort Lauderdale for beach access and hotel amenities.

    Construction on Bungalow East is expected to start in 2025 and be completed within 18 months. This new development joins a growing list of luxury projects in Fort Lauderdale, including OceanLand Investments' Sixth&Rio condo project and Vertical Developments' Riva-branded condominium.
