ilbane Building Company marked the groundbreaking of the Trident Logistics Center's first phase in Revere, MA. The Class A speculative project, led by Link Logistics and Saracen Properties, will deliver 635,000 SF of high-bay warehouse space by late 2025. Strategically situated near Logan International Airport and Conley Terminal, the site is poised to become Boston's premier logistics hub.

    Located just three miles north of downtown Boston, the Trident Logistics Center offers ideal conditions for urban industrial use. With a skilled workforce within reach, the project boasts unparalleled access to local talent. "This development will provide optimally located space for various urban industrial uses," said Gilbane's Justin MacEachern. "We're excited to expand our industrial and logistics portfolio in the Greater Boston area."

    Gilbane is constructing Building A, a 367,000-SF warehouse facility with 40-foot ceilings, 60 loading docks, and ESFR sprinkler heads. The project includes 4,000 SF of office and amenity space. Originally an oil tank farm, the site was remediated earlier this year to make way for new construction. Ground improvements feature rigid inclusions, pile caps, and spread footings, with a foundation designed to withstand on-site settlement. The facility is targeting LEED-v4 certification to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
