espite the slowdown of US home sales and high mortgage rates, Miami-based GLOBAL LISTINGS has been quietly preparing for the industry's rebound in 2025. The company has developed a suite of cloud-based services tailored for real estate companies worldwide.

Launched as a consumer-facing platform in 2017, GLOBAL LISTINGS has expanded to include digital solutions for corporate clients. In the past year, it introduced API Listings Data Licensing and Syndicated Marketplace services for third-party websites. Founder Michael Gerrity explains that the company drew inspiration from Amazon's AWS model, developing its own cloud-based infrastructure and data services.

GLOBAL LISTINGS operates three global business units: Marketplaces, Cloud Services, and Data Services. It is working on next-generation innovations, including AI-powered real estate listings matching engines and a cloud-based Private Label Marketplace Service (PaaS) set to launch in 2025.

The company plans to expand its consumer service offerings beyond property listings search by incorporating related services such as mortgage, title, and home buying vendors into its platform. This initiative aims to establish a global ecosystem of real estate products and services, enabling consumers worldwide to efficiently find, finance, purchase, and enjoy their new properties.

As GLOBAL LISTINGS continues to evolve its B2C and B2B platforms, it aims to become the leading online 'shopping engine' for real estate searches and related services. Gerrity's goal is to transform the company into the future 'Amazon of Real Estate' on a worldwide basis.
