iger Woods is partnering with Dallas-based couple Andy and Kristin Mitchell to develop a luxury golf community in Aledo, southwest of Fort Worth. The 914-acre Bluejack Ranch will feature Woods' second U.S. golf course, surrounded by 600 custom homes developed by the Mitchells. Homes will range from 1,140-square-foot two-bedrooms to 3,350-square-foot four-bedrooms, priced between $1.5 million and $4.5 million.
Construction on the homes is expected to start early next year, with much of the groundwork already completed as part of a previous development plan that fell through. The Mitchells are leading the project alongside professional golfer J.J. Henry, with Andy Mitchell bringing business experience from his role as founder and managing partner of Lantern Capital Partners.
The development will include amenities such as a spa, wellness center, family entertainment complex, pools, and an equestrian facility with horses, longhorns, and mini donkeys. A 10-hole short course designed by Woods will also be available, along with a film, TV, and podcast studio. Only 400 golf memberships will be offered, with priority access given to residents.
The project is modeled after the success of Bluejack National in Houston, where Woods designed his first course in 2014. "It's motivating for me to contribute to Fort Worth's golfing legacy," Woods said. The club is set to open early next year, with the golf course following in 2026.
