riten Real Estate Partners has broken ground on the McKay Road Distribution Center in Humble, according to an October 30 news release. The facility is designed for mid-size tenants and will offer suite sizes ranging from 50,000 square feet to 171,000 square feet.
The distribution center features two end-cap offices, ample trailer parking, secured truck courts, and 41 dock-high doors leading to floor space. Its strategic location near George Bush Intercontinental Airport and major corridors like Beltway 8, I-45, and Hwy. 59 positions it for success. Neighboring tenants include Amazon, DHL, and FedEx.
The project is expected to be completed by summer 2025 at 59335 McKay Center Drive in Humble. For more information on the McKay Road Distribution Center, visit tritenre.com/projects/mckay-road.
