essica Shapiro re‑joins Gunster as a shareholder in West Palm Beach, strengthening the firm’s Real Estate division. She will counsel affluent clients, developers and investors on a wide array of residential and commercial transactions throughout Florida.

    Shapiro began her legal career at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development before joining prominent national and international firms. She served as vice‑president and brokerage manager for Sotheby’s International Realty in Palm Beach County. She earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Yale University and a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Her community involvement includes board positions with the Yale Club of the Palm Beaches and the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
