"Farmhouse Fixer," "Married to Real Estate," "Izzy Does It," and "Bargain Block" will not be returning to the channel. Jonathan Knight of "Farmhouse Fixer" broke the news to fans, saying HGTV had decided not to move forward with another season. He expressed gratitude for their support over three seasons and looked forward to sharing what's next.
Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson of "Married to Real Estate" were informed of the cancellation upon returning from a family trip. They thanked fans for four incredible seasons. Keith Bynum, host of "Bargain Block," was more critical, saying TV is a fickle world where great people coexist with terrible ones.
Israel "Izzy" Battres had to tell a fan that there would be no season 2 of "Izzy Does It." He expressed appreciation for the support and love from fans. The cancellation news came as a shock to all four shows, which had been popular among HGTV viewers.
