e are pleased to welcome Shain P. Roche as an associate in our Real Estate group at Hinckley Allen. Shain's practice focuses on commercial leasing and real estate transactions, providing counsel to landlords and tenants throughout the leasing process. He has extensive experience representing clients across all stages of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.

    Shain brings a collaborative approach to working with clients, tailoring practical solutions to meet their unique needs. His expertise spans the entire leasing transaction lifecycle, from initial negotiations to final agreement.

    Shain earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School, where he served as Chief Note Editor for the Journal of High Technology Law and was recognized as a Trustee Academic and Law Dean's Scholar. He also holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
