H
ulk Hogan left behind a substantial real estate portfolio worth over $11 million, according to official records obtained by Us Weekly. The WWE legend owned a compound in Clearwater Beach, Florida, consisting of two separate homes.
The first property, purchased in 2012 for $3.3 million, is now estimated to be worth $8.9 million. Hogan bought the second home next door in 2016 for an estimated $2.5 million. After reaching a settlement with Gawker over his sex tape, Hogan transferred the deeds from his name to J&T Enterprise Holding LLC.
Hogan's real estate holdings also include a 17,000 square foot mansion he built on land bought for $2 million in 1992. He sold this home for $6.2 million in 2012 and kept his Florida compound after divorcing Linda Hogan in 2009. In 2021, Hogan split from his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel, who was awarded a home they owned in Palm Isle, Florida.
Hogan married yoga instructor Sky Daily in 2023, just before launching his beer company, Real American Beer. He had been struggling with health issues and underwent neck surgery in May. The wrestler suffered cardiac arrest at his $11 million compound and died shortly after being transported to the hospital.
Hogan's wife, Sky, denied rumors that he was in a coma the day before his death, stating she believed they would overcome their health issues together. The details of Hogan's will have yet to be revealed, with potential beneficiaries including his widow and two children.
