T
he Huntsville Police Department is still gathering evidence in the case of missing real estate agent Ronald Dumas Jr. New information suggests that Dumas may have traveled to Jackson, Tennessee, after his phone location history placed him on Interstate 40 just outside of the city on December 16.
A report was filed with police on December 17, stating that Dumas was last heard from over the phone around 10 p.m. on December 15. The caller reported that it sounded like he was out with others at the time. On December 16, Tennessee Highway Patrol found his vehicle abandoned on Interstate 40 and impounded it.
Police have spoken to people close to Dumas but none of them were with him on the night he disappeared. While there's no evidence suggesting foul play or danger, investigators find his disappearance unusual and are working to locate him. If you have any information that could aid in this case, please contact Inv. Gibbs at 256-427-5448.
