S
haron Stone's iconic home from the 1992 film "Basic Instinct" is now on the market for a staggering $91.35 million. The sprawling cliffside compound, known as Seacliff, spans 5.35 acres in California's Carmel Highlands and boasts breathtaking ocean views, rocky beaches, and cypress forests.

The main residence, dubbed "The Lodge," features eight bedrooms, three kitchens, and an impressive 11 fireplaces. Luxury finishes abound, including a 1,250-bottle wine refrigerator and a 10-burner stovetop. The property's indoor spa amenities are complemented by an outdoor barrel sauna and a cold plunge accessed via a hidden trail.

The compound has been extensively renovated since its previous listing in 2019, with the current owners investing $11 million in upgrades. The property now includes six homes, including four cottages built by the Vickerses, as well as a one-bedroom residence. Each cottage features custom-designed fireplaces and dry-stacked stonework.

Seacliff's grounds have also been featured in the HBO hit series "Big Little Lies," according to listing materials. The property's history is steeped in Hollywood glamour, having previously belonged to Steve Fossett, the first person to circumnavigate the globe in a hot air balloon. Fossett's memorabilia, including records and photos related to his voyages, are included in the sale.

Listing agent Tim Allen of Coldwell Banker Realty describes Seacliff as "perhaps the most dramatic and inspiring oceanfront property I have ever listed or laid eyes on." The compound's proximity to other luxury properties has seen interest surge in recent years, with actor Brad Pitt purchasing a nearby home for $40 million in 2022.
