nter Asset’s Inter Real Estate U.S. Fund (IREUS) celebrated the on‑time launch of Resia Golden Glades, a 420‑unit apartment complex at 15955 NW 6th Avenue, North Miami. The ribbon‑cutting drew local officials, investors and company staff, marking a key milestone in the fund’s expanding U.S. portfolio.

Launched in 2023, IREUS channels capital into institutional‑grade residential projects nationwide. Golden Glades is the first fully completed multifamily development under the platform, with the fund holding a majority equity stake.

“Completing Golden Glades on schedule and within budget confirms the strength of our investment approach and the reliability of our U.S. partners,” said Cássio Segura, Inter’s U.S. Country Manager. “The project shows how Latin American capital can be directed toward high‑quality, income‑producing real estate that meets institutional standards.”

The community offers one‑, two‑ and three‑bedroom units and features a pool, fitness center, clubhouse and coworking spaces. Its proximity to major highways, hospitals and employment hubs places it in one of North Miami’s most vibrant residential corridors.

Since pre‑leasing began, occupancy and rental performance have surpassed initial projections, underscoring steady demand for well‑located housing in the area.

Golden Glades exemplifies IREUS’s broader strategy of investing in multifamily assets in high‑growth U.S. markets with strong demographics, limited supply and resilient rental demand. Inter Asset’s real‑estate platform manages more than $300 million in assets and partners with seasoned local developers to deliver long‑term, income‑producing properties.

Following the project’s completion, Inter Asset launched a second IREUS fund: a 464‑unit multifamily development in Fort Worth, Texas, furthering its Sun Belt expansion plan.

“Our objective is to give international investors access to opportunities typically reserved for institutional players,” Segura added. “Golden Glades demonstrates that disciplined capital deployment and experienced partnerships can deliver both financial returns and social value, creating high‑quality housing that meets real‑world needs.”
