Isaac Lustgarten Departs Alexanders, Joins Corcoran Gallery Team

Isaac Lustgarten Exits Official for Corcoran Group Amid Ongoing Allegations

I
saac Lustgarten, a longtime associate of Oren Alexander, has left Official to join the Corcoran Group. This departure follows a string of agents leaving the brokerage since allegations of sexual assault and rape surfaced in civil lawsuits against Oren, Tal, and Alon Alexander. The brothers have denied these claims.

Lustgarten was a founding agent at Official, which he joined after the Alexander brothers left Douglas Elliman in 2022 to launch the Side-backed brokerage with co-founders Nicole Oge, Richard Jordan, and Andrew Wachtfogel. Lustgarten's license was transferred to Corcoran on October 1st.

As of October 7th, his page remained active on Official's website, listing a nearly $29 million penthouse at Turnberry Ocean Club in Sunny Isles Beach as one of his top listings. The developer, Jeffrey Soffer's Turnberry Development, still owns the unit.

More than a dozen agents have left Official since the allegations surfaced, including its entire California outpost and several high-profile agents. Only six agents remain in Florida, with Donnie Pingaro, vice president of operations at Side, serving as managing broker.

The Alexander brothers stepped back from Official after being sued by women who accused them of sexual assault in separate incidents. Since The Real Deal first reported on the lawsuits in June, over a dozen women have come forward with similar allegations detailed in major publications.

Oren and Tal Alexander's real estate licenses are currently inactive, and they allegedly threatened business partners with legal action if they voted to remove them from Official. Their former co-founders, Oge, Jordan, and Wachtfogel, left the firm instead, allowing the brothers to take over as sole owners on August 15th.

Official was handling sales and marketing for several luxury condo projects in South Florida before Stern and Shvo cut ties with the brokerage. Landau Properties kept Official on board for months, but has since selected a new sales team.
