he Illinois Community College's Continuing Education Center offers two courses for real estate professionals: a broker license course and an online home inspector training program. The real estate course is required for obtaining a broker license in Illinois, covering topics such as license law, property management, and contracts. It meets on Tuesdays from August 19 to December 9, with additional Saturday sessions, and costs $931. Students must attend all sessions and can enroll through the IVCC Registration Department.

    The home inspector course is a self-paced program combining state-approved education with field inspections and certifications in commercial and radon inspection. Students also receive access to reporting software, mentorship, and business launch tools. Course tuition is $2,199, but 50% reimbursement is available.
