A
law office building in Jamestown has been sold to a partner of the firm that previously owned it. FLD Properties, led by Kevin Laumer and Charles DeAngelo, sold 81 Forest Ave., the location of their law firm Fessenden, Laumer, & DeAngelo, PLLC, to 81 Forest Avenue, LLC for $240,000. The new owner is Galena Duba-Weaver, a partner in the law firm.
DeAngelo stated that they wanted to sell the building to one of their partners so it would continue to be owned and managed by the current firm. He emphasized that the operations will remain unchanged and that he has no plans to retire soon.
In other real estate transactions from April 8-14, four sales exceeded $250,000. These included a sale in Ellicott for $365,000, a condominium in French Creek for $359,000, a property in Portland for $303,000, and another in Sheridan for $265,000.
Among the other notable transactions during this period were a sale of two parcels on Prendergast Ave. in Jamestown for $3,000, a sale of part of 51 Putnam Road in Cassadaga for $3,500, and a sale of a parcel on Miller Valley Road in Poland for $194,000.
The full list of sales during this period included 59 transactions, with prices ranging from $1 to over $365,000.
