amie Duran has joined EQTY | Forbes Global Properties as director of global growth, tasked with expanding the eXp Realty-backed firm's international business. With a strong background in real estate leadership, Duran previously served as president of Coldwell Banker Realty's Southern California division, overseeing a $500 million business with 60 offices and nearly 5,000 agents.
Duran noted that she accepted the role during a significant shift in the market and industry. Meanwhile, other notable movements have taken place among Southern California's luxury residential ranks. The Advisory team has been formed by Carolwood Estates' Nick Segal, Shaun Alan-Lee, and Jane Dorian, boasting over $1.5 billion in combined sales throughout Los Angeles and Santa Barbara.
Carolwood Estates has also welcomed Alan Long's 11-agent team from Avenue 8, which includes notable agents like Bobby Boyd and Ben Russell. The team brings over $400 million in career sales to the table. Additionally, Adara Salim has joined The Beverly Hills Estates from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, with a book of business heavy in the film industry.
C3 Group LA has affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty's Pasadena office, led by Cari Field and Coleen Novak, who have generated over $800 million in sales since inception.
