ennifer Aniston is reportedly finalizing renovations on her $14.8 million Montecito home, sparking speculation that she may be making the move to California's exclusive enclave permanent.

    The actress, 56, purchased Oprah Winfrey's former residence in September 2022 and has since been busy adding luxurious touches, including an in-ground swimming pool. Aerial photos suggest the renovations are nearing completion, fueling rumors that Aniston will soon make Montecito her primary home.

    Aniston currently resides in Los Angeles' swanky Bel-Air neighborhood, where she's lived since 2012. However, she wouldn't be the first A-lister to leave LA for Montecito, which has become a magnet for celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

    Paltrow, who sold her LA home last year, has been spotted socializing with Markle in Montecito. Aniston and Paltrow are close friends, so it's possible that the actress will soon become acquainted with Markle as well.

    Aniston's new Mediterranean-style abode spans 4,320 square feet and boasts ocean views. While interior shots of the property remain private, the home is a significant upgrade from her current LA residence.
