osh Flagg is on the verge of adding another high-end property to his extensive real estate collection. Sources close to the deal reveal that he's under contract to purchase Charlie Puth's $14 million Beverly Hills home, located in the exclusive Trousdale Estates neighborhood.
The 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom mid-century modern mansion was originally designed by legendary architect Rex Lotery in 1965 and has undergone significant renovations over the years. Its rich history as a social hub for Beverly Hills' elite adds to its allure, having once hosted Ronald Reagan's inner circle and being owned by "Tonight Show" producer Freddy de Cordova.
This off-market transaction is expected to be a savvy move by Flagg, who has already demonstrated his real estate prowess with previous high-profile purchases. In 2022, he acquired a $9.2 million Beverly Hills mansion, and in 2023, he expanded his portfolio to include a Miami property on North Bay Road.
Flagg's real estate empire may soon expand further, as he and his father, Michael Flagg, are reportedly exploring properties in New York. With this latest acquisition, Josh Flagg solidifies his reputation as a top real estate investor.
