ashion entrepreneur Julie Wainwright has sold her contemporary Trousdale Estates home, 590 Haynes Avenue in Beverly Hills, for $10.7 million to a mystery buyer. The property, designed by Steve Hermann, was listed as "the best deal in Trousdale Estates" and features Terrazzo flooring, a private wing with the primary suite, and outdoor amenities including an infinity pool and teakwood deck.
Wainwright, founder of luxury consignment company The RealReal, stepped down from her CEO and chair duties in 2022. She initially listed the home for $12 million in August. The 4,500-square-foot property sits on a half-acre lot with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths.
Josh Flagg of Compass represented Wainwright in the sale, while Hang Zhang of Keller Williams Realty brokered the transaction on behalf of the buyer. Flagg has had success in Trousdale Estates recently, also representing the buyer for Charlie Puth's former home at 1875 Carla Ridge, which he purchased off-market last fall.
