n Oct. 15, 2025, Ramrock Real Estate, Lincoln Property Co., HKS, and Willow Bridge Management announced a mixed‑use development at 8300 Douglas, Dallas. The site will feature a 12‑story, 300,000‑sq‑ft office tower with 35,000 sq‑ft of outdoor amenities, 11 balconies, a wine room and fitness center. A 17‑story, 280,000‑sq‑ft residential tower will include a 35,000‑sq‑ft rooftop park and 1,000 parking spaces (above‑ground and underground). Both towers will offer 24,000 sq‑ft of ground‑floor retail. Construction starts March 2026, with completion slated for 2028.
