aia Gerber is putting her Mercer Street loft on the market for $5.79 million. The model and actress, daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, bought the two‑bedroom, 2½‑bath unit in 2018 and recently gave it a full makeover. The move comes after she relocated to Los Angeles to film Ryan Murphy’s new series “The Shards.”
Listing agent Georgia McDonald of the Power Team at Corcoran says the loft is “one of the most beautifully finished loft‑style homes in Soho.” The 2006 building sits on a high floor of a discreet full‑service complex with a private elevator that opens into a great room featuring 11‑foot ceilings and floor‑to‑ceiling windows overlooking Mercer Street.
