ARKHAM, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Living Realty, Inc., a leading full-service real estate brokerage and subsidiary of Living Group of Companies, is set to affiliate with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. (KW), the world's largest real estate franchise by agent count.

"We're excited to welcome Living Realty into our KW family," said William E. Soteroff, Regional Operating Principal, KW Canada and President of Keller Williams Worldwide. "Their commitment to agent success and client satisfaction aligns perfectly with our mission to empower entrepreneurs."

Since January 1, 2023, Living Realty has sold over $1.1 billion in real estate. The company's Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Ben Wong, stated that Keller Williams' business philosophy and culture align well with their own, making it a natural fit to join forces.

On March 3, 2025, Living Realty will begin operating as KW Living Realty, a KW market center in Markham, Ontario. The firm currently has 550 agents and 35 staff members who will transition to KW. Once complete, KW Living Realty will become KW's top market center in Canada by agent count.

David Wong has been appointed team leader of the KW Living Realty market center, while Kelvin Wong will serve as operating principal. Both have extensive experience within the company, with Kelvin having served as broker of record since 2016.

KW Living Realty will continue to operate from its current head office and five branch offices throughout the Greater Toronto Area. According to Kelvin Wong, despite a challenging market last year, opportunities for buyers still exist due to favorable mortgage rates and downward price pressures.

At KW Living Realty, agents' experience shows a more balanced housing market, leading to greater stability and value for homebuyers. Established in 1980, Living Realty is a comprehensive real estate brokerage serving residential, commercial, industrial, and investment properties.

Keller Williams acquires Living Realty, a $1.1 billion independent brokerage deal.
