2. $930,000 for a single-family house at 804 Pinecrest Avenue in Grand Rapids, built in 1920 and sold on Sep. 17.
3. $795,000 for a condominium at 2715 Copper Hill Drive in Grand Rapids, built in 2014 and sold on Sep. 18.
4. $780,000 for a single-family home at 7859 Byron Depot Drive in Byron Center, built in 2012 and sold on Sep. 13.
5. $698,000 for a single-family residence at 1064 Santa Barbara Drive in Grand Rapids, built in 1950 and sold on Sep. 16.
6. $695,000 for a single-family house at 7891 Lionel Drive in Byron Center, built in 2003 and sold on Sep. 12.
7. $675,000 for a single-family home at 7628 Woodvale Street in Grand Rapids, built in 1980 and sold on Sep. 13.
8. $675,000 for a condominium at 6682 Summer Meadows Drive in Rockford, built in 2018 and sold on Sep. 16.
9. $615,000 for a single-family residence at 6560 Brookhills Court in Grand Rapids, built in 1987 and sold on Sep. 16.
10. $615,000 for a condominium at 4718 Albright Court in Grandville, sold on Sep. 12.
