ew York Knicks' rising star Miles "Deuce" McBride is making a statement off the court with his luxurious rental unit at One High Line in West Chelsea. The 1,600-square-foot apartment, which costs $15,500 per month, boasts high-end finishes and sweeping city views thanks to its prime location overlooking the High Line.

McBride's new home features an open-concept living space with oak chevron floors, a Molteni kitchen design, and Gaggenau appliances. Marble accents dominate the unit, including Calacatta Gold countertops and a Kaldewei soaking tub. The primary suite comes equipped with motorized blackout shades, custom furniture from top brands, and a walk-in closet that's essentially its own room.

The second bedroom has its own marble-clad bathroom with radiant heat, while the living room features a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV, custom rugs, and a marble dining table. The unit is fully furnished, making it a turnkey rental for McBride.

McBride's star power on the court has been rising since re-signing with the Knicks in December 2023. He's taken on a bigger role following the departure of RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley, and his recent performances have been impressive, including a career-high 29 points against the Golden State Warriors.

One High Line, where McBride resides, has undergone significant changes since its rebranding in 2022. The development was previously plagued by financial woes and foreclosure, but it's now thriving with units selling like hotcakes. The developers have pulled in $800 million in sales so far this year, including a record-breaking $52 million penthouse sale. Residents can enjoy top-tier amenities like a lap pool, golf simulator, and services from the upcoming Faena Hotel.
