Lacey Real Estate Conference Registration Now Available

SPSCC Lacey Campus Event Center hosts forum on Sept. 25 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

he 2025 Real Estate Forum invites professionals to network and gain insights into Thurston County's industrial, commercial, and housing markets. The event will take place on September 25 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the SPSCC Lacey Campus Event Center, with a buffet lunch provided. Registration is now open online.

    Keynote speaker Mitch Dietz, owner of Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty, will present data-driven insights and emerging trends in commercial and industrial real estate, focusing on Thurston County's regional perspective.

    Additional highlights include:

    * Updates on the Tumwater Brewery redevelopment project from city staff

    * A panel discussion, "Getting to Yes," moderated by Amy Harding, featuring leaders from various sectors:
