ape Coral: A pair of office buildings at 4202 and 4206 Del Prado Blvd. have sold to a Naples investor for $1.43 million, brokered by LSI Cos. The properties total 4,449 square feet. The buyer used an LLC to purchase the units, which were previously owned by Advanced Integrative Medicine and Rodgers Real Estate Inc.

    Naples: Kalea Bay's Tower 500 has surpassed $330 million in sales, with Soave Real Estate saying it's on track to sell out before construction finishes in September. The 22-story tower features 120 units with Gulf views and prices start at $3.5 million.

    Lakeland: Saunders Real Estate is expanding into North Carolina with its land division, Saunders Land, hiring two industry veterans. The company already operates in Alabama, Georgia, and Arkansas.

    St. Petersburg: ResProp Management has acquired the 51-year-old Gateway on 4th Apartments for $37.03 million, planning to renovate the property. Berkadia arranged a $33 million acquisition loan for ResProp.

    Sarasota: The Sarasota City Commission approved zoning changes allowing developers to rehabilitate the historic Mira Mar building and redevelop the surrounding property. Seaward Development plans to build twin 18-story condominium towers behind the Mira Mar.

    Lakewood Ranch: Bask Development has secured a $12.44 million construction loan for its StudioRes by Marriott Hotel, which will be built off University Parkway and Interstate 75. Largo Capital arranged the financing.
