The Las Vegas Raiders have had a tumultuous year, with the team set to miss the playoffs for the third consecutive season. Meanwhile, several high-profile players and coaches have made significant real estate transactions.
Raiders star Maxx Crosby purchased a $5.68 million Summerlin home in February, featuring an indoor basketball court and in-ground trampoline. The 6,000-square-foot Mountain Trails property has been Crosby's primary residence since his arrival with the team in 2019.
Former Raiders coach Josh McDaniels sold his Henderson home for $4.8 million in May. McDaniels had purchased the 6,705-square-foot Anthem Country Club property in 2022 for $4.95 million. The Santa Barbara-style estate boasts mountain and city views, a movie theater, billiards room, and pool with outdoor fireplace.
In September, former Raiders quarterback Derek Carr's Southern Highlands home sold for $8.55 million, just shy of its listing price of $8.99 million. The buyer was listed as a trust with Ronald Brown, a wealth management adviser for professional athletes, as the trustee.
Former Raiders running back Josh Jacobs recently listed his Las Vegas house for $5.9 million in November. The Augusta Canyon property at Southern Highlands Golf Club features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a six-car garage. Despite leaving the Raiders for the Green Bay Packers in March, Jacobs has received significant interest on the property.
