iam Neeson's Upper West Side home is on the verge of a new chapter, with the actor having entered into a contract to sell his Park Millennium condo. The 4,524-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-bathroom apartment, located in Lincoln Square and boasting breathtaking views of Central Park, was listed for $10.75 million earlier this year.
Neeson, who has appeared in over 100 films including "Schindler's List" and "Love Actually," purchased the condo with his late wife Natasha Richardson nearly a quarter century ago for around $3.99 million. The couple raised their two sons there before her passing in 2009.
The Park Millennium tower at 111 W. 67th St., where Neeson's home is located, has been home to notable residents such as Howard Stern and Jon Bon Jovi. The building features an Equinox gym with a pool, rock-climbing wall, and basketball court, as well as two separate entrances.
The condo itself offers a spacious layout, including a corner great room, floor-to-ceiling windows, and custom built-ins. The main bedroom suite features park views, two spa-like baths, a home office/library, and a gym. Neeson's sale comes after he re-listed the property in March at a lower price than its initial listing of $12.75 million earlier this year.
