aylor Morrison Homes has acquired 218 single-family lots in Queen Creek for $21 million. The 131-acre parcel, located near the southwest corner of Thompson Road and Hunt Highway, is part of the Borgata at San Tan Heights community.
This purchase marks the beginning of the second phase of development in the 270-acre housing community, situated in north Pinal County near the southern border of Queen Creek. Shea Homes and Tripoint Homes are currently building homes in the first phase.
The community's scenic location next to the eastern border of San Tan Regional Park will provide a picturesque view for all 411 homes. The sale was facilitated by Ryan Semro, Ben Heglie, Bret Rinehart, and Greg Vogel from Land Advisors Organization's Homebuilding Team, who also represented the seller, Borgata at San Tan Heights LLC (Christopher Bennett).
