02‑404 N. Robinson St. was part of a recent Fan‑area bundle that fetched $1.7 million. The deal ranks among the largest in the neighborhood’s recent history. Last month, entities tied to developer Lewis Little bought ten residential and mixed‑use buildings for $7.6 million, per city records. The cluster sits mainly along North Robinson and Stuart Avenues, including the Robinson Street Market at 402, the former 903 Creative office at 404, and Idle Hands Bread Co.’s site at 405‑407 Strawberry St. A six‑bed, two‑story apartment at 301 N. Davis Ave. sold for $1.1 million. Other parcels transferred were row houses at 2511 and 2523 Stuart Ave, 2526 Hanover Ave, 1 N. Robinson St, and units 10‑16 at 2210‑2212 Stuart Ave. Little, who developed the Carytown location of Lolita’s at 2929 W. Cary St, declined to comment. The properties were held by a trust of Gary and Robyn Tyer, who owned them for over four decades and originally purchased the ten units for $1.04 million. Built between 1900 and 1911, the sale is one of the most expensive in the Fan since the Eck family’s $50 million divestiture of 150+ properties four years ago.
