hristine Lifka, a 50-year-old realtor with Keller Williams, has been helping families navigate their next chapter in Jefferson County since January. A lifelong resident of the Arnold-Imperial area, Lifka had always wanted to work in real estate but was initially steered away from the field. Now, she's thriving in her new career and appreciates being able to share her knowledge of the local community with clients.
As of October 16th, there were 577 homes on the market in Jefferson County, a two-and-a-half month supply. Lifka notes that homes are currently selling at a rate of about 32 days, a 14% increase from last year's pace. While this is still a relatively fast turnaround time, it's a far cry from the frenzied market conditions of two years ago.
Lifka serves clients throughout the St. Louis area and takes pride in making the home-buying or selling process less stressful for her clients. She finds joy in helping people navigate one of life's biggest purchases and has formed a partnership with the Fox C-6 School District to collect items for Thanksgiving blessing baskets. Donations can be dropped off from 5-7 pm on November 18th at the Fox C-6 Service Center in Arnold.
