ealtor Professionals Plus Realty has shifted to a more compact office, a move they say will enhance client service. The agency has been operating from a smaller downtown Tifton location for roughly six weeks, celebrating the transition last week with a ribbon‑cutting ceremony in partnership with the local chamber of commerce. Staff invited neighbors to join the festivities, offering giveaways and refreshments.

    The firm, which has been independently run for 25 years, previously occupied a larger space on Eighth Street. The decision to downsize came as agents increasingly work from home, vehicles, or coffee shops, eliminating the need for a big building, owner‑broker Scott Goodman explained. The relocation follows a recent merger with Athens‑based Southern Classics, a move Goodman believes will sustain the agency’s high‑quality service.
