The Long Island City Partnership is gearing up to host its 20th annual Real Estate Breakfast, a premier event that brings together industry heavyweights and community leaders to dissect the market's pulse. On Tuesday, April 8, over 300 attendees will converge at the Brewster LIC Conference Center (41-21 27th St.) for a morning of insights and networking.

Moderated by David Brause, president of Brause Realty and CEO of the LIC Business Improvement District, the panel discussion will feature a diverse lineup of experts. Lin Zeng, director of the Queens office of the Department of City Planning, will share her perspective on shaping the city's growth. Jasper Wu, vice president of ZD Jasper Realty, will also join the conversation.

Rounding out the panel are Helen Paul, managing director and co-lead of New York City Logistics & Industrial Services at Cushman & Wakefield, and Yaniv Cohen, co-owner and vice president of business development at Westville restaurant group. The latter has recently made waves in Queens with its new Long Island City location.

Tickets and sponsorship packages for the event are now available, offering sponsors promotional visibility and a set number of tickets based on their level of support. Last year's Real Estate Breakfast explored the intricacies of the Long Island City market, highlighting retail attraction and public-private partnerships as key drivers of neighborhood development.
