T
he Coopersmiths, Margie and Jeff, have put their Bexley condominium on the market for $2.2 million with Cutler Real Estate agent David Powers. The 4,800-square-foot home is notable not only for its size but also for its outdoor space and prime location in the heart of Bexley. "You can walk to half a dozen restaurants, a Giant Eagle, and the Drexel Theatre," said Jeff. "The farmer's market is nearby, as are various religious denominations, Capital University, and biking paths."
The condominium features three terraces with 1,800 square feet of outdoor space, which was a major draw for the Coopersmiths who enjoyed hosting parties at their previous home. The unit includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and den/office, as well as art from Margie's former company, The Art Exchange.
The Coopersmiths have been dividing their time between Bexley and a home in Florida but are now building a new house on the Michigan side of Lake Michigan to be closer to their children in Chicago. While they're excited for this change, Jeff acknowledged that they'll miss the amenities of their current location: "There's lots of stuff to get into here. We'll miss that."
